Despite our differences I thought somewhere inside that man was a decent guy, BUT.... I have come to realize that Jim Garrett gets a kick out of treating people like $%^&. He revels in it. I bet he pulled the wings off of flies when he was a little boy, hell, he probably still does. He's one sick individual. If there is a way he can show disrespect towrds someone, he does.... and he LIKES it. If he's so big on saving money why not buy a gently used truck? Buying new vehicles is a waste of money; the second the ink is dry and you drive off the lot your vehicle has depreciated by thousands of dollars. A penny saved indeed.

It doesn't matter who's doing what, where, with whom or how Jim is going to complain about it. He thrives on being against something and/or someone; it's the only way he gets attention. It's sad really, he has so much potential to go out and do good in the community; all these things he sees wrong with the city and he could offer to help. What he's missing is people who truly make a difference don't stop and insist the spotlight be shone on them and their accomplishments, they simply show up and DO.
