18 year old arrested for break ins | Quote: | ROANOKE RAPIDS — An 18-year-old was arrested this morning for three car break-ins Wednesday night, Police Chief Jeff Hinton said.
Investigation by officers Terrence Tyler and David Brown resulted in the arrest of Dontae O’Neil Miles who lives in the 1000 block of Vance Street.
He was charged with three counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and three counts of damage to property.
He was arrested around 4 this morning and jailed on $7,500 bond.
Hinton said the charges stem from cars at Rosemary Baptist, First Christian Church and Slingin’ Ink Tattoo being broken into by smashing a rock through the glass.
