Jon, what is the minimum monthly cost of the Theatre? I guess what I really want to know is how much revenue does the Theatre have to generate to break even for a month?

Why would the city even think about selling the theater for 11 million if we've invested 21 million in it? That's crazy talk. _________________ You can't change the direction of the wind, but you can adjust your sail.

Did the city buy the land? I'm thinking they didn't. And the NCDOT paid millions for the road. Well, I guess the 10 million is to get the project moving. If someone proposed building a theater here, how much would they have gotten in tax incentives, etc.? _________________ "Democracy is the worst form of government, except for all those other forms that have been tried from time to time." - Winston Churchill |

| What's better; a 21m debt or an 11m debt? Just because we paid 21m to have the thing built doesn't mean it's going to sell for that and thanks to negative publicity we'd be lucky if we can sell it at all. |

I'm a little concerned about selling it at a 10 million dollar loss too but I'd really like to see all the details before passing judgment. _________________ "But right about now Joe the plumber is meeting with his transition team. They're going to help ease him from obscurity back to oblivion."

| Oh I am too, and I'd also like to see some details. Right now we need to lessen our tax burden as much and as soon as we can. |
